Welcome to "Chez Moi"

a comfortable and just renewed apartment right in the centre of Nice, 50 mt from Avenue Jean Medecin.

                                 

You will be 10 minutes on foot from everything: beaches, shops, transports, entertainment and night life.

The apartment is very bright and it is situated on the third floor of a neoclassical building, there's a lift, so don't worry about the stairs!

It is 35mq wide and consists of a big living-room with a double sleeping sofa, Lcd TV, a kitchen fully equipped with fridge, combined oven and dishwasher, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower.

The nearest supermarket is 50 mt and so restaurants, bars and cinemas.

The beach with the famous Promenade des Anglais and the Casinos is 600 mt far, that is 10 minutes on foot and the same applies for the museums, the old town and its wild nightlife.

To fully enjoy your holiday you don't need a car, as the house is 10 minutes from the station, 50 mt from the tranway and there are buses going to the whole Cotè d'Azur just for 1 euro.
